Radan is a major character in the The Patron of Villains web novel and webtoon series. He is one of the Five Prime Sins and a member of the Blue Moon. In the original storyline of Psychedelia, Radan was destined to become one of the Five Prime Sins. After Allon Palateo intervenes in his life, Radan instead becomes one of Allon's devoted followers and recognizes him as the Great Moon.

Radan is a young boy who grows up alongside the other children rescued by Allon Palateo.
Personality
Radan is intensely loyal to Allon and believes that the Great Moon rescued him for a greater purpose. Like the other members of the Blue Moon, he interprets Allon's actions as part of an elaborate plan and willingly acts against anyone he believes threatens that plan. He is ruthless toward criminals and shows little hesitation when eliminating those involved in acts he considers abhorrent. This is particularly evident when he destroys an illegal human experimentation facility and kills the people responsible for operating it. Despite the violent nature of his missions, Radan's actions are motivated by his devotion to the Great Moon and the ideology of the Blue Moon.
History
Original storyline
In the original storyline of Psychedelia, Radan is one of the five individuals who eventually become known as the Five Prime Sins. His traumatic experiences cause him to develop into an extremely dangerous figure and one of the villains who contribute to the kingdom's eventual destruction.
Rescue
Radan is one of the future Five Prime Sins rescued through Allon's intervention. Allon places the rescued children under his protection and ensures that they are given a safer environment than the one they experienced in the original storyline. Over the following years, Radan and the other children gradually recover from their previous circumstances. Reports given to Allon describe them as becoming far more cheerful than when they were first rescued. Allon believes this means that his attempt to prevent them from becoming villains has succeeded.
The Great Moon
Unknown to Allon, Radan and the other rescued children come to regard him as the Great Moon. Rather than viewing Allon simply as their benefactor, they believe that he deliberately gathered them as part of a much greater plan. His knowledge of their circumstances and his ability to intervene before major events occur reinforce their belief that he possesses extraordinary foresight. Radan consequently becomes completely devoted to him.
Blue Moon
Radan becomes a member of the Blue Moon, the secret organization formed by the children rescued by Allon. The organization considers itself the sword of the Great Moon and carries out operations against criminals, corrupt organizations, and others believed to oppose Allon's will. During one of the Blue Moon's meetings, Radan reports that he has destroyed an illegal human experimentation facility. He also eliminates those involved in operating the facility. His actions demonstrate how powerful the rescued children have already become despite Allon's belief that they are simply living peaceful lives. Radan continues carrying out operations as part of the Blue Moon while Allon remains unaware of the organization's true activities.

Combat ability
Radan possesses considerable combat strength and is capable of independently attacking dangerous criminal facilities. His destruction of an illegal human experimentation facility demonstrates that he is already capable of dealing with multiple enemies without requiring direct assistance.
Relationships
Allon Palateo
Allon Palateo is Radan's rescuer and the person he recognizes as the Great Moon. Allon rescues Radan because he knows the future awaiting him in Psychedelia and wants to prevent the circumstances that originally transformed him into a villain. Radan interprets Allon's intervention differently. He believes that Allon deliberately chose him and becomes devoted to carrying out what he considers the Great Moon's will. Allon remains unaware that Radan participates in violent operations on his behalf.
Eutiah Bloodia
Eutiah Bloodia is a fellow member of the Five Prime Sins and the leader of the Blue Moon. Radan reports the results of his missions to Eutiah and follows her leadership within the organization.
