Blue Moon is a secret organization in the The Patron of Villains web novel and webtoon series. It is formed by the children rescued by Allon Palateo, including members of the Five Prime Sins, who come to regard Allon as the Great Moon. The organization considers itself the Great Moon's sword and carries out operations against criminals, nobles, and other groups believed to threaten or oppose him. Despite this, Allon is completely unaware that the Blue Moon was created in his name.
Overview
The Blue Moon is a covert organization created by the children Allon rescued from the tragic circumstances that originally caused them to become the Five Prime Sins. Rather than viewing Allon's actions as simple attempts to give them peaceful lives, the children interpret his assistance and letters as evidence that he possesses a larger plan. They consequently begin referring to him as the Great Moon and dedicate themselves to carrying out what they believe to be his will. Under Eutiah Bloodia's leadership, the Blue Moon targets criminal organizations and individuals throughout the kingdom. Its activities include destroying slave-trading networks, illegal human experimentation facilities, drug operations, and organizations connected to threats against Allon.
History
Formation
After being rescued by Allon Palateo, Eutiah Bloodia and the other future members of the Five Prime Sins are placed together under his protection. Allon regularly communicates with the children and believes that their increasingly cheerful behavior proves that his attempt to rehabilitate them is succeeding. However, Eutiah interprets Allon's words differently. Believing him to be the master she had been searching for, she begins referring to him as the Great Moon. The other rescued children eventually adopt the same belief. The children form the Blue Moon and dedicate the organization to serving him.
Early operations
The Blue Moon begins eliminating criminal groups throughout the kingdom. Solan targets the leaders of northern slave-trading organizations, while Rinne attacks criminal operations in the south. Radan destroys an illegal human experimentation facility and kills those involved. The organization's members report their accomplishments to Eutiah, who evaluates their actions according to whether they benefit the Great Moon. Allon remains unaware of any of this and continues believing that the children are simply living peacefully at the orphanage.
Conflict with the House of Palateo
The Blue Moon eventually discovers information suggesting that individuals connected to the House of Palateo pose a threat to Allon. When Leo Palateo sends Alman after Allon's carriage, Hidan intercepts him before he can reach his target. Hidan believes that Alman has rejected an opportunity given to him by the Great Moon and defeats him. The Blue Moon subsequently continues eliminating people and organizations associated with threats against Allon.
Destruction of Avalon
One of the Blue Moon's largest operations is the destruction of Avalon, a major criminal organization operating within the Asteria Kingdom. The organization is wiped out over the course of several days. Hidan later reports eliminating Avalon's remaining soldiers, completing the destruction of the group. The scale and speed of the operation causes the Blue Moon to gain significant attention throughout the kingdom. Because Avalon disappears while Allon is away from the Palateo territory and because several of the events directly benefit him, outsiders begin suspecting that Allon secretly controls the organization.
Altia Dukedom
Following Avalon's destruction, the Blue Moon discovers evidence connecting Avalon to the House of Altia. Eutiah orders the organization to continue investigating rather than acting recklessly. She reminds the members that they exist as the Great Moon's swords and must ensure that their actions do not interfere with his supposed plans. The discovery places the House of Altia under the Blue Moon's attention.
Ideology
The Blue Moon exists around its members' devotion to Allon Palateo, whom they call the Great Moon. Its members believe that Allon possesses extraordinary foresight and is guiding events from behind the scenes. Even his ordinary statements are often interpreted as hidden instructions. Because of this belief, the organization considers eliminating threats to Allon to be part of a larger plan. The Blue Moon describes its members as the Great Moon's swords, existing to carry out his will and remove obstacles from his path.
Organization
Leadership
Eutiah Bloodia serves as the leader of the Blue Moon. She receives reports from its members, evaluates information, identifies threats, and determines how the organization should respond. Her authority is closely tied to her position as one of the Five Prime Sins and her absolute devotion toward the Great Moon.

Reputation

Relationships
Allon Palateo
Allon Palateo is the person whom the Blue Moon worships as the Great Moon. The organization believes that Allon rescued its members because he selected them for a greater purpose. They interpret his knowledge of their pasts and his carefully chosen words as proof that he possesses extraordinary foresight. Allon, however, only intended to prevent the Five Prime Sins from becoming villains and believes that the children are living peacefully after being rescued.
Five Prime Sins
The Five Prime Sins form the core of the Blue Moon. In the original storyline of Psychedelia, they become villains whose actions contribute to the destruction of the kingdom. After Allon's interference, they instead become devoted followers of the Great Moon and direct their power against his perceived enemies.
